BAFT Chartered Accountant is an incorporated partnership firm of Chartered Accountants, Management and Tax Consultants set up to provide cost effective solutions to organizations both in Ghana and beyond.        BAFT is a member of Russell Bedford International- a global network of independent professional services firms with its Head Office located in United Kingdom. The firm was founded in 2020 by partners with varied degrees of experience from the public, international and the private sectors. Prior to just setting up BAFT, the partners were practicing as partners in other auditing firms.
As a 21st Century auditing and assurance firm, BAFT is not only equipped with the latest auditing, assurance and risk management tools, but has qualified and dedicated supporting staff to undertake assignments in any organization of varied sizes and thereby provide solutions to its clients. The firm is subjected to Annual Audit Quality Control Monitoring by Russell Bedford International.

THE ORGANISATION OF THE FIRM
The Firm is headed by the Managing Partner.
There are three other partners supporting the managing partner in the management of the firm. The Partners are assisted by two (2) managers, and four (4) supervisors. Other staff members are auditors with different levels of qualification and experiences, trained to handle complex business solutions in line with international best practices.
Every assignment has a Partner in Charge and a Manager responsible for the Audit as well as a Supervisor and an Audit Senior to handle field work.
To achieve our objective of providing high-quality standards, each audit is reviewed by the Quality Assurance Partner and further by the Compliance Partner to ensure the firm achieve international best practices.
The secretarial staff are five (5), made up of one (1) Accountant, one (1) Administrative Officer and a secretarial support staff of three (3).
